Hi, I'm Perry Brown the founder and owner of Rockin That Jewelry. After years of being in business and having a women's boutique in Denver Colorado since 1992, I was beginning to see a change in the market, and how business was trending on another level. The Internet. The brick and mortar place of business just wasn't profitable as it once was and I knew I had to make some changes. So, a few years back I shut my business down, and to make a long story short, I didn't have a lot of computer skills, so I took up some, and entered into every webinar on the internet that I possibly could to learn from the top marketers in the business. People like Anthony Morrison, Anik Segal, Fred Lam, Adam Short and of course Chris Record just to mention a few that taught and coached me all that I know about marketing. I spent thousands of dollars to invest in myself and the courses to make ready for this new era of life that would one day take over the retail business as we know it. After putting all that I learned together, it was time to get back into the marketplace.
One of my goals is to bring to my customer's products from around the world that would be beautiful and affordable, to our customers.

PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASES
We offer a no-hassle 15-day return policy for all our items.
To complete a return, please fill out the required return form to obtain an RMA number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. It will not be accepted. Please notify customer service Help support@.RockinThatJewelry.com before the expiration of the refund period. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will not warrant a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@RockinThatJewelry.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. During the months of November, December, January, & February all products are on sale at 60-90% off regular prices, therefore all items are not refundable during this period of time.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at, support@RockinThatJewelry.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, delivery may vary for your exchanged product to reach you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
