All items are shipped from our warehouses around the world, and shipping is free. At times, we will promote a Free item, just pay shipping. Some items are shipped from Asia.
Please allows 3-5 business days processing time for the items to be shipped out from our warehouses after you order.
Once items are shipped from our worldwide warehouses and have gone through mandatory customs, you should expect your shipment to arrive at the shipping address designated on the shipping form in 12 - 23 business days. Including the processing time
During the holiday season, it is always best to order your products/merchandise a little earlier. Shipping times vary during this period. Nov.15 - Dec. 20. Overall, we push our carriers a little harder to make sure that you get your items on time. Once your order has been processed and shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Terms
PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASES
We offer a no-hassle 15-day return policy for all our items.
To complete a return, please fill out the required return form to obtain an RMA number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. It will not be accepted. Please notify customer service Help support@.RockinThatJewelry.com before the expiration of the refund period. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will not warrant a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@RockinThatJewelry.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. During the months of November, December, January, & February all products are on sale at 60-90% off regular prices, therefore all items are not refundable during this period of time.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at, support@RockinThatJewelry.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, delivery may vary for your exchanged product to reach you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
